Metro Move Fest will host several games and activities for the family!
There will be three main events -- the Nesfield Performance 5K Classic, Metro Bethesda Rotary Wheel Challenge, and the Spirit Club Relay Race.
You can also attend several fitness demos, participate in a yoga class, have your kids compete in the Kid's 100m dash, play crossnet volleyball and more!

Whether you're a hula hoop master or new to hula hooping, here is your chance to try your hula skills out in a series of fun challenges. Spin, toss, jump and roll your way to the finish line!
These combination races will be split into age group heats with a surprise competition for the winners at the end. Races will start at 10:30 AM on the track, all ages and abilities welcome.

This team relay will allow you and your teammates to complete a series of fun and silly physical activities such as an egg and spoon race, animal runs, and more!
Each team will be timed and fastest team will be announced after the event. This relay will take place on the race track at 12:30 PM. All activities are fully accessible for all abilities.

There is no parking available onsite at BCC. Please park on the streets around BCC High School and/or Waverly Parking Garage on Montgomery Avenue( 7401 Waverly St, Bethesda, MD 20814). Parking is free on Sunday. Please arrive at the event early to make sure you provide time to find parking.
Event is at BCC Stadium. Park at Waverly public parking lot or street parking and the entrance to the stadium is between BCC baseball field and school building.
Parking spaces will be available in small parking lot on Chelton Rd.
General Admission is $10 a person. Everyone must have a general admission ticket to enter; 5 and under free, 5K race includes general admission. General Admission includes 5 activity tickets
Comfortable active clothing. To participate in any activity on the turf field all participants must wear soft soled shoes. That includes any spectators on the field.
Bibibop Asian Grill will be selling food and drinks to spectators.
