THe Metro Gauntlet 200

Metro MoveFest’s Signature Obstacle Challenge

This isn’t just a lap. It’s a test. 200 meters of grit, speed, power, and control — built to expose your engine and reward your edge.

You’ll start on the line with your lungs burning before you even move. Then it’s straight into rapid-fire mini hurdles, a grinding bear crawl, a sharp backpedal-to-sprint transition, and a sandbag carry that demands strength under fatigue. Just when your legs are questioning everything, single-leg hops challenge your balance and coordination.

Then comes the final stretch. A full-send sprint to the finish — crowd roaring, clock ticking, no holding back.

The Metro Gauntlet 200 is designed for athletes of all levels, with competitive and fun divisions. Whether you’re racing to win or racing to prove something to yourself, this course will test how well you move when it matters.

Fast.

Functional.

Relentless.

Do you have what it takes to conquer the Gauntlet?

How It Works

The Metro Gauntlet 200 is a 200-meter, track-based obstacle course completed in one continuous run. Athletes start with a quick fitness buy-in, then move through a sequence of obstacles that includes mini hurdles, a bear crawl, a backpedal-to-sprint transition, a sandbag carry, single-leg hops, and a final all-out sprint to the finish.

Choose your division (Competitive or Fun), line up in your heat, and follow the course in order from start to finish. Times are recorded for Competitive athletes, with scaled options available for the Fun division so everyone can participate.

Obstacle Breakdown
