Where Speed Meets Skill — On Foot and on Wheels!
Start your engines — and your legs! The Race & Remote 200 is a one-of-a-kind showdown combining sprinting and remote-control car racing in one thrilling, action-packed event. Whether you’re a seasoned RC driver or just here for the fun, this race is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Bring your own RC car or use one of ours — either way, you’re in for a wild ride!
How It Works
Each race is a two-part challenge:
1. Foot Race – Runners dash 100 meters down the track, starting in staggered lanes at the 200m start to even the playing field.
2. RC Car Race – Once they reach their remote control cars, they take control and race them another 100 meters to the finish line!
But wait — there’s a twist…
🚧 At the halfway mark (50 yards into the car race), RC drivers must navigate through barriers with just one car-width of space on the inside, middle, and outside lanes. Prepare for bumping, spinning, and epic recoveries as volunteers help flip any flipped racers!

Teams can be made of one runner and one RC driver — so grab a friend and team up!
🙌 We especially encourage teams that include someone who may be unable to run. This is a race where everyone can participate, contribute, and have a blast.
Races happen throughout the day in age-based heats of 4 to 6 racers per round:
• 🧒 10 & Under
• 🧑🦱 10 & Above (including adults!)
Top 2 finishers from each heat return for the Grand Finale Showdown later in the day — where it all comes down to the final stretch!
What You’ll Need
Your own RC Car OR use one of ours (we’ll have a few ready to roll)
• Speed, control, and quick reflexes
• A good sense of humor (especially when cars crash!)
